The documentary, "Good Night Oppy" about the Opportunity rover, shows a short clip at the beginning showing me making the announcement about selecting two rovers for launch in 2003.

The back story is that the selection of twin rovers for 2003 was quite a bit more complex than described in the documentary - but can be found in my book.
